Observing little redness inside cheek near lower wisdom tooth since last three days. Had history of tobacco chewing but stopped since last five months. Sometimes use to chew pan without tobacco. The place was also being irritated by tooth pick sometimes as there is a cavity next to wisdom tooth. How to treat this?

Hi sir it is a mild injury in cheek . One thing I need a clarification that the irritation is before using a tooth pick or after using a tooth pick . If it is before using tooth pick means that there is a sharp tooth surface of any of the teeth in that area which may impinge the cheek. You need to smoothen the tooth surface. If it is after using a tooth pick then you need to stop it. If you have any pain you can Mucopain gel 3 times if necessary.
Next Steps
please visit a dentist and what is the reason
Try to treat the food lodgement so you can stop using the tooth pick
Health Tips
Don't delay to visit a dentist
avoid using tooth pick
Small suggestion try to avoid chewing even no Tobacco pan also

The redness shown appears to be localized irritation of the buccal mucosa adjacent to the lower wisdom tooth. Given the history of repeated toothpick trauma and a cavity/food-trapping area near the wisdom tooth, traumatic irritation is a likely cause.
Next Steps
For now, avoid toothpicks and any further mechanical irritation of the area. Maintain gentle oral hygiene and rinse with warm salt water 2–3 times daily. Avoid tobacco, paan/gutkha and spicy or very hot foods while the area heals.
The underlying cavity and wisdom tooth should also be evaluated by a dentist, because continued food impaction or sharp tooth margins can keep traumatizing the mucosa. If the wisdom tooth is partially erupted/impacted and repeatedly causing problems, extraction may ultimately be recommended.
Health Tips
The important point is that a traumatic ulcer/irritation should show clear improvement after the source of trauma is removed, generally within 1–2 weeks. If the red/white patch persists beyond 2 weeks, becomes larger, develops an ulcer or lump, bleeds, becomes painful, or doesn’t heal despite stopping the irritation, it should be examined promptly by a dentist/oral medicine or oral surgery specialist—particularly given the previous tobacco/areca-nut exposure.
