Bad taste after wisdom teeth removal
Hi.. 4 days after having a wisdom teeth removal on lower left part of my mouth I began noticing odd taste... I followed all the prescription given by doctor... I have no pain now.. I'm very concerned about this... Please help

The bad taste you feel is likely due to the medication and the fluids secreted from the wound. This will resolve on it's own. You can do salt water gargle which would give you some relief. If the problem persists or worsens visit your dentist at the earliest.

Going by the description that you have mentioned, if you have followed all the instructions meticulously, there could be a few reasons for your odd taste in mouth. The first of that could be because of the medications especially the antibiotics, and this will improve immediately after the antibiotic course is over.
The other reason could be the release of certain Fluids around healing wound which are also considered normal and will decrease with everyday and once the healing is over your taste will get restored back to normal.
Warm saline rinses multiple times in a day will be the simplest home remedy without any side effects which you can continue.
