I am having constant tingling sensation in my Lower front teeth and gums. There is no pain but i had alcohol and icecream the night before and it started next morning.

It could be that you have not got your scaling and polishing ( cleaning of teeth) done . Tartar and plaque can lead to irritation of the gums. Consult a dentist to do the needful
