Hi Feeling hot as compared to hot - indicating some other tooth might be involved . But seeing your complain - I’ll advice to start, tab neurobion forte (twice a day ) for 15 days .
Next Steps
After 15 days go for a dental check up (iopa ) Xray .
Health Tips
1. Do warm saline rinses (4-5 times a day ) .
