Tooth and Mouth Problems

Swelling in gum on left side after eating mutton.No pieces are stuck but pain and irriation there.See attached pic and help what is it and treatment.

I have swelling near right side cheek and severe pain same area i have been taking antibiotics but no change seen. Please suggest

During my childhood, my front tooth (21) got cracked due to a fall. Later, because of an infection, that tooth had to be extracted. Many years later, the adjacent teeth (11 and 22) also became infected. The doctor performed surgery on the upper gums to remove the infection, and after performing Root Canal Treatment (RCT) on teeth 11 and 22, a bridge and crowns were placed to replace the missing tooth (21)."Now after 16 or 17 years ,i have pain on left side by pressing nose but normally there is no pain.Doctor told me for xray and cbct . In arepoer of cbct it's showing that a redicular cyst on left side on tooth root 22 and on tooth 11 there is black area which dont know what it is? It can be either surgery defect or cyst.. but i dont gave oain on right side on tooth 11 . Doctor suggested to do surgery on front upper side abd remove the cyst without doing any re -rct on tooth 11&22 .i want 2nd opinion -what to do? surgery or removing tooth 22 will automatically remove cyst within it.

In 2022, I had root canal surgery on my upper front four teeth and crowns were placed on it.In the month of June, due to it eating hard food item, my dental crown of the left side loosened . I went to a dentist who suggested implant and a temporary denture, And fixed my loosened cap with the help of cement. I have carefully avoided eating from that side. But these days there is pain and bad breath from that area. Would the infection cause any serious damage. Kindly guide.

I have pain in my left lower wisdom tooth.. I feel like there is slight swelling. I applied Rexidin Gel for the same.. should I continue applying it ? Can you please suggest the turnaround for this ?

Doctor cyst removal surgery ke time bone grafting bole hai, mai bone grafting nhi chahta pr doctor bol rhe rhe bone grafting bhut jruri hai. Please koi suggestion dijiye.... kya krin? Bone grafting nhi krvane se kya problem ho skti hai jo Docter use bhut jruri bol rhe . Mujhe to bone grafting se fir infection na ho jaye yhi drr lg rha .kitne log cyst remove krne pr bone grafting krate hain aur kya ye problem nhi krega?
