Bad odour from mouth
Some times not regularly I get bad odour from mouth while talking .. It happens from my childhood. Is there no natural remedy. I brush regularly and recommend me best paste for mouth odour and also to remain yellow stains from teeth. What foods to avoid completely..?

If you are having bad breath issue even though you brush regularly then that might be because of plaque , tarter , mouth breathing habit , no tongue hygiene, acid reflux , tea / coffee etc So as of now , we don’t your cause for bad odour since childhood therefore I will tell you some basic tips which will surely suppress your odour issue 1.Clean your tongue daily * tongue scraper (steel/copper) * scrape gently 2–3 times every morning 2.Hydration - Dry mouth worsens smell. * Drink enough water * Sip water frequently if mouth breathing * Sugar-free xylitol gum can stimulate saliva 3. Salt-water rinses Warm salt water 1–2 times/day can reduce bacterial load. 4.Flossing-Food trapped between teeth causes persistent smell even if brushing is good. 5.Non alcholoic mouth washes like Perfora Mouthwash for long use and medicated Chlorhexidine mouthwash 2 times a day for 7-14 days for too much odour control. 6.Go for Tooth scaling and polish to ensure your teeth dont have plaque and tartar 7. Go with parodontx toothpaste If you have mouth breathing habits then go with these medication along with steam to open blockage and reduce mouth breathing - * Nasoclear Saline Nasal Spray * Sterimar Nasal Spray Foods / Habits to Avoid if You Mouth Breathe These worsen dry mouth, reflux, or odour: Reduce: * Excess coffee/tea * Alcohol * Smoking/vaping * Garlic/onion before long social interactions * Sugary foods/drinks * Very spicy foods if you have reflux * Sticky sweets * Frequent soft drinks Even if after following these basic steps , your not satisfied just consult a certified dentist to look in to issue deeply
