Tooth ache and sensitivity
I am feeling sensitivity and pain in my tooth, however as per xray no infection is visible what can be the reason?

Get a RVG done as it will.give the area specific xray there will be clarity. Sometimes food lodgement also give intense pain n sensitivity. Or there might be chance upper 3rd molar might be carious exposed..

Hello
There must be definitely something happened to the tooth which is not visible on xray
Also I can see that one of the tooth filling is close to the nerve that can also cause sensitivity or pain

it could be due to wrong tooth brushing or gums issues.
you can use vantej tooth paste , just apply the tooth paste all over the teeth with fingers and leave it for 3-5 minutes then you brush with soft tooth brush.
