Tooth and Mouth Problems

My upper front teeth are bigger . I want to shorter the two teeth. Is there anyway to shorten this . Iam attaching the photonof my teeth with this mail .

I have a small white bump on the inside of my cheek that appeared about 8–9 days ago, possibly after trauma from cheek biting. The bump is painless, slightly raised, and has a defined white patch on top. It hasn’t reduced in size or appearance over the past week. I visited a dentist who said it’s too small for a biopsy right now and prescribed SM Fibro syrup and Kenacort gel. I started the medication yesterday and have stopped all irritants since then. The surface feels rough when touched with the tongue. I’m monitoring it daily, but the white patch hasn’t improved yet. I’m concerned if this could be something like leukoplakia or a precancerous lesion, even though it’s painless and small. I am attaching before and after pictures (Day 1 vs Day 8) for better understanding. Should I wait the full 15 days as advised or seek a second opinion sooner?

I tried chlorhexidine mouthwash for a month.Saw some results but after sometime again plague deposition,bad odour ,and swollen gums observed.

I had an X-ray done last year back in my hometown which showed that my lower right wisdom tooth is tilted and pressing against the adjacent molar, occasionally causing mild pain. Now that I'm in Bangalore, I’d like to address this issue once and for all. Additionally, I’ve recently started experiencing some discomfort from my lower left wisdom tooth as well, so I’d like to get that evaluated too. Could you please let me know: What would be the approximate cost for the extraction of 1 or 2 lower wisdom teeth What’s the typical recovery period for such extractions How soon can I book a consultation and possibly get the procedure done? I have had moderate to severe fluorosis stains on my teeth since childhood. I tried many homemade remedies to remove them, but nothing worked. In 2021, I consulted a dentist who told me that the stains cannot be removed and suggested zirconia crowns, which would involve cutting my natural teeth and placing permanent white caps. I would like to know if there are any other less invasive procedures available to make my teeth white.

So for few years sometimes while eating my right check come in between last molar tooth and it starts hurting very bad but after using betadene gargle solution for few days it got fixed But this time it happed 1 week ago and still it's the same and this time while area around it is becomes white and there is a whole kind of thing formed there, I don't know what it is but it is painful and sensitive and I am not able to eat anything from this side, and also I m very much concerned about that whole, what it is actually So I request you to please guide me and do I have to worry about that whole or it's normal I am attaching my picture Please let me know thank you sir

I am having a cyst in upper teeth.most of the local doctors are suggesting to go for a teeth implant. However one doctor suggests to go gor first cyst removal surgery with bone grafting , cell membrane and all but he will say cost of 30 k then maybe 10 k gor crown. Thats too expensive. I m very confused ehat should i do??

Something pin like on toung . My tongue feels like there’s something prickly on it, it stings a lot and it’s very uncomfortable. But it’s not due to eating anything spicy or because of any worry

I have a white patch and turned to black. When I scratch it on white spot it was gone but the color changes to light black. Again white patch formed.Sometime little pain is there if I eat spicy. I have this 6 to 7 months. Please suggest is it serious or normal black patch?
