Small white patch at rear end of tongue
Noticed a small white patch today at rear end of the tongue. No smoking or tobacco. No antibiotics or steroids taken. No pain in the patch area and it is small. Is this alarming or what should be done to take care of this as a remedy?

Just look if there are any sharp teeth in the area causing chronic trauma to the area or any history of repeated tongue bites. It could just be a keratotic healed patch . Notice for any increment in size rest it shouldn’t be anything alarming . #doctorsmilesiliguri
