Pain in gum
Hello Doctor, Mujhe aage ke daanton ke beech gums me problem ho rahi hai. 5–6 din pehle maine wahan dhaga (thread) use kiya tha, uske baad se masuda thoda suja hua hai aur dant se halka alag lag raha hai. Us jagah pe halka pain rehta hai, aur jab main usko dabata hoon to jeeb par khatta sa taste aata hai. Maine abhi tak koi proper treatment nahi liya hai. Kindly suggest kariye ki ye infection hai ya koi aur issue, aur mujhe kya treatment lena chahiye. Thank you.

Aapne jo symptoms bataye hain, wo clear indicate kar rahe hain ki thread use karne ki wajah se gums mein injury hui hai aur ab wahan infection (localized abscess) ho gaya hai. Aapne jo 'khatta taste' (sour taste) feel kiya dabane par, wo actually pus nikalne ki wajah se hai, jo infection confirm karta hai.
Next Steps
consult dentist for scaling I mean cleaning aur 3-4 bar warm salt gargle karo ...

Hello Using a thread? for cleaning? Before this thread used, was there any problem in the gums already? Salty taste means you already had gum infection and thread only injured it. Swelling is visible only because gums are irritated.
Next Steps
Visit a dentist, this ll be inflammation of gums which is treated with scaling and a few topical agents to be applied in the gums for 5-7 days. nothing to worry about.
Health Tips
Please share pictures of that gum area. Better would be to visit a dental clinic as soon as possible
