Gums do not actually become loose — usually the teeth feel loose due to gum infection. Bleeding while brushing is a sign of gum inflammation (gingivitis) or early gum disease. This happens due to plaque and tartar buildup around the teeth. You cannot tighten gums at home. The first step is professional cleaning (scaling) to remove deposits. After proper cleaning and good oral hygiene, bleeding usually reduces and gums become healthier. Brush gently twice daily, use floss, and avoid tobacco if applicable. Do not ignore bleeding gums, as untreated gum disease can lead to loosening of teeth over time. Visit a dentist for proper examination and treatment.

Health Tips
Brush gently twice daily with a soft brush, floss daily if you have some time, avoid any harmful habits like smoking, chewing tobacco and don’t ignore bleeding, delaying treatment can make the condition worse
