Spontaneous healing occurs within a week inside mouth. Use over the counter gels like Dologel for symptomatic relief.

Based on the history, this sounds most consistent with a traumatic gingival/mucosal laceration or traumatic ulcer caused by the sharp/rough flax seeds. The fact that pain increases when the upper and lower teeth contact that area suggests the injured tissue may be getting repeatedly traumatized during biting. Most minor traumatic oral ulcers heal spontaneously within 1–2 weeks once the source of trauma is removed.
Next Steps
* Stop eating raw/whole flax seeds for now and avoid chewing on the affected side. * Rinse gently with warm saline: ½ teaspoon salt in a glass of warm water, 3–4 times/day, then spit it out. * For pain, a topical oral analgesic/anaesthetic gel such as benzydamine or an appropriate lidocaine preparation can provide temporary relief; follow the product instructions and avoid eating immediately after application.
Health Tips
* Eat soft, lukewarm/cool foods for a few days and chew on the opposite side. * Avoid spicy, acidic, very salty, hot, hard or crunchy foods until the wound settles. * Continue gentle oral hygiene with a soft-bristled toothbrush, but don’t aggressively brush directly over the wound. * Don’t repeatedly touch, scrape or check the sore with your tongue/finger. * Seek an in-person dental examination sooner if there is increasing swelling, pus, fever, significant bleeding, difficulty opening the mouth/swallowing, severe worsening pain, or a loose/damaged tooth. * If the lesion doesn’t show clear healing within 1–2 weeks or persists beyond 3 weeks, it should definitely be examined by a dentist/oral medicine specialist.

Hi sir. I think due to flax seeds chewing your teeth got wear off and your occlusion is not proper now. First to reduce the sores and pain in gums I will Mucopain gel (2 times) to apply and Tab zincovit 0-0-1 (15 days) Please visit the nearby dentist and check your occlusion and any other reasons causing the pain. Try to stop the habit of chewing raw flax seeds.
Next Steps
1) Visit the nearby dentist 2) Stop the habit of chewing raw flax seeds
Health Tips
Do full mouth scaling to prevent the infection spread through these cuts.

Based on history, it sounds like minor traumatic ulcers due to sharp and hard food items. Traumatic ulcers are spontaneously healed within 1-2 weeks ,  do not panic , can use dologel or Benzocain based gels for symptomatic treatment
Next Steps
Rinse with salt + lukewarm water gargles which will act as an excellent, non medicated aid to accelerate healing by reducing inflammation
