Root of premolar inside the gum
While extracting of my right side upper pre molar the root of the teeth remained inside and the other came out. Is it an issue for future.

Hi mam it depends on the length of the root mam. If it is less than 2mm it is fine you need to be cautious till it gets completely absorbed. If it is more than 2mm better need removal of that root. In my point it is better to remove because there are chances of pain and infection due to this root .
