We need to know which molar it is whether the 1st or 2nd molar or 3rd molar which is wisdom tooth
If it is upper wisdom tooth ( upper 3rd molar )
It will go for extraction
If it is 1st or 2nd molar take an xray
The pain is radiating means mostly pulp is exposed
It will go for root canal treatment (RCT)
Hello there ,
Pain is an indicator that the cavity has likely reached near the pulp (nerves). I recommend visiting a nearby endodontist for a root canal treatment (RCT), followed by a crown to restore and protect the tooth.
If there's a cavity on the tooth and there's pain while chewing it is quite possible that the same is because of the tooth is infected and the infection has reached the pulp and beyond ( inner core of the tooth).this could be treated with root canal treatment after confirming the same with an x ray . Painkillers could give you temporary relief till you can start the treatment.
Next Steps
online consult followed by a visit to your nearest dentist for a definitive treatment
Health Tips
