Gum swelling and pain in upper jaw
From last three days I am having pain and swelling g in gums of right side upper jaw. No tooth ache only gum is swollen

Hi, The swelling in your gum could be due to a number of reasons which can only be assessed after viewing.

For a temporary relief try using warm saline rinses (warm water with a pinch of salt) four times a day

You might need Ultrasonic scaling. Also curettage might be done with the associated region
