The first step is to definitely stop chewing pan masala and getting a full mouth clean up. At this stage if you leave any gum related changes are reversible.

Hi sir it does not seems like leukoplakia but may be a gum infection. But you need to consult with near by dentist. If it is not precancerous condition/lesion.Then full mouth oral prophylaxis (cleaning) need to be done sir. It's small suggestion from my side to quit the pan masala chewing habit. Its because Cancer can't be predicted when it start but can be avoided. So it will be great if you quit this habit as early as possible.
Next Steps
Visit nearby Dentist.
Do full mouth scaling (cleaning)
Slowly cut off this habit
Do brushing twice
Health Tips
Please don't the dental visit
please follow the instructions given
Based on the photograph, I do not think it is possible to confirm leukoplakia from an image alone, and it does not appear to be a classic thick white plaque. The white area could also be due to frictional keratosis, plaque/calculus deposits, or localized irritation. A clinical examination is necessary for an accurate diagnosis.
Since you have mentioned chewing pan masala, I would strongly advise you to stop the habit immediately, as it is a significant risk factor for oral potentially malignant disorders and oral cancer.
Next Steps
I would recommend visiting an Oral Medicine Specialist or Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for a complete oral examination. If the lesion persists after eliminating the local irritant or appears clinically suspicious, your dentist may advise additional investigations, including a biopsy if indicated.
In the meantime, maintain good oral hygiene and completely avoid pan masala and all tobacco products.
Health Tips
I can also see brown deposits (stains/calculus) around the gum line, which suggest you may benefit from professional scaling. A complete oral examination will help determine whether the white area is simply a benign frictional change or requires further evaluation.
Hello sir
It do not seem 's like oral leukoplakia. But I would recommend you to immediately quit the tobacco chewing habit.
I can appreciate brown stains and sub gingival calculus according to the photograph which is causing marginal gingivitis.
Next Steps
Visit to your nearby dentist and get scalling and polishing done.
Maintain proper oral hygiene.
can also use gum paint after scalling
That is not Leukoplakia, may be sub gingival calculus causing marginal gingivitis
Stop your tobaco habit and do full mouth scaling , warm saline rinse daily
Visit nearest dentist
Based on the picture there are no signs of leukoplakia present
Localised recession is visible with stains due to tobacco chewing
There is no need to panic right now but do quit eating pan masala
Get oral prophylaxis done and monitor the oral cavity
It is still advisable to get a complete oral evaluation done in a clinic
Health Tips
Do not take advise from google. when in doubt visit a clinic physically
there is no such appreciating signs of leukoplakia. What i can see from the image is gingival gum recession and tobacco stains. due to habit the recession might have happened also the color change in your gums.
