I had the white tongue for more than 2 years. The antifungal medications and medicine gargling has been tried and failed. I even tested STD tests all went negative. Iam not sure how to deal with it . Any dental doctors who  can help on this please comment their number . Iam ready to get consulted

I recently had scaling and Polishing. Before this, i already had RCT of my teeth long back. Now after scaling, on RCT side, I am having pain in between gum and cheek wall. After checking it myself, there is redness in the affected area. It is hurting even after i am drinking water.  I have tried dollo and Rexidin-M for last 2 days but there is still no improvement. It's been 40 days since I accidentally cut gum end between tooth 46 and 47. Few days before I had tooth extraction (tooth 48 wisdom). It sometimes bleed after brush or if I poked with my 🤞 finger. It was paining before but the pain is dull now sometimes vanishes. There is no continuous bleeding as I approached multiple dentist ( 2 dentist and 1 ENT) they said there is no ulceration or any other abnormalities after 1 panoramic x-ray and 1 specific tooth xray done by the same doctors.
