I have this from last one week in my lower lip but there is no bleeding or any pain It gets reduced one day and again next day bumps up Any medication

Whenever I chew,eat or open my sound popping sound comes from my right jaw and my molars also paining ..Why so ? attaching my X-ray report .. kindly revert

I had scaling and Polishing last week [8 Jun]. Before this, i already had RCT of my teeth long back. Now after scaling, on RCT side, I am having pain in between gum and cheek wall. There seems a cut and white spot on that point. After checking it myself, there is redness in the affected area.
