Tmj disorder. Today they are coming.

I cannot open my mouth since 17 days and I am experiencing cracking and clicking noise near temple area and also I feel severe and sudden painin when I try to meet my upper and lower jaw teeth and i constantly feel like my bones are getting displaced .. I am taking medicines like coxo mr and zylone 8 from 5 days and before that flexon mr and joint suggest by dentist i consulted. 2 days ago I went to oral and maxofacial surgeon he told that I need to get all my wisdom teeth out . I want to are they cause tmj Disorder and discomfort Please tell. Actually my mother and father have went to Vellore for their checkup since 20 .days and this is the reason why it's so difficult for me to go to a good doctor I am living with my grandmother. Today they are coming.
