I can't open my mouth fully

I can't open my mouth properly and it opens only 2 figure because of pain.i feel very harsh when I take my food. I use panmasala. I want to know what is the best treatment for this problem?. Which is the best place for treatment? How much time it will take? And what will be the cost of the treatment. I also want to know is there any laser treatment facility for this? If yes, will it create any problems on my face?

Yes, there is treatment available for your condition at my clinic. The treatment has a good success rate. Laser treatment is a very good option for you. For the best possible opinion and treatment options, I would like to have exact diagnosis regarding oral sub mucous fibrosis. There are various exercises you can do at home. Make a stack of Icecream sticks(wooden) and keep it between your front upper and lower teeth for maximum time you can bear. Increase the number of sticks gradually.
