Tooth and Mouth Problems

Filling done on 2nd molar...please look...it was at distal side...I am not able to have bite before...filling...it is feeling like...filling touching first ..also as filling was distal...it is also protruding from distal side...please tell me...what to do...filling done 4 hour before...also GIC is used...

From last 1 week I am having roughness on tip of tongue , no pain no problem while eating just a roughness please check Could it be cancer ? I am really worried Please see the attached photo ,aria is circled

I have been observing that whenever my 6 yo brushes at night, blood come out from her 1 molar on the left. It happened consecutively for few days a month back and then it stopped but now again since yesterday I am noticing blood in the mouth while brushing and today she spitted more blood than usual. I am planning to go to the dentist tomorrow but till then any advise on why this is happening will be highly appreciated.

 Convert it to text Timeline 14th July sudden pain when eating food......it was like some hard thing come in food.....pain was very much.....applied toothpaste and then slept...tooth became sore but no constant pain....now pain only on biting......at an angle. went to dentist, he said their is deep distal caries because of wisdom tooth....so removed wisdom tooth on 14th August.after 10 days stitches removed.....now biting pain increased..it is only when I bite down at that angle..and goes away instantly...on 3rd September I did temporary filling....doctor said evaluate for 21 days..if symptoms then rct..but there was no symptom apart from that biting pain..so permanent filling yesterday...doctor also said that decay was not as deep as indicated in x-ray...now there is permanent GIC filling...yesterday...but still that pain....it is 5/10...which only comes when I bite down.....bite adjusted and all..Percussion test were also taken. They tapped their instrument but no pain...

What is this spot in my gums blood was coming from here went to dentist to get it cleaned as there bacterial infection, for 2 weeks after that there was nothing and now this today morning I saw this

I am facing temporal headache (left side ) and neck and traps pains from 2 years years off and on This opg is 7 days old. Recently when I chewing food i feel my temporal and eye pains severely for Seconds. Tooth pains rarely but neck and temporal pains a lot Is this pain from this impacted tooth Please guide i feel very depressed all time tried everything for neck(mri neuro physiotherapy)all things give temporary relief only.

Did surgical wisdom tooth extraction 4 days ago. no pain and no discomfort. everything was normal.  in the 5th day exactly after 100 hours of surgery I went to my dentist to check whether healing is alright. he checked by opening the mouth and inserting his instrument and told that everything is fine. clot is ok and gym tissue are healing and opening is closing. but after his checkup i started feeling continuous pain which was not there.is it normal.

Hi doctor, We have been advised to proceed with a pulpectomy for 3 of his milk teeth. I would like to understand if the pulpectomy is truly necessary  or it would be safe to wait for the milk tooth to naturally fall out. I have attached his dental x-ray. Could you please advice 1) whether it is really required 2) if delaying treatment could cause any issue to other surrounding teeth 3) approx how long it may take for his milk tooth tk naturally fall out( he will turn 6 yr old in jan 27) 4) whether there are any alternative treatment options Thanks in Advance

Hello Sir/Mam, I see while cleaning my  teeth that there are some strains in my molar teeth. Also I have tartar in my teeth. Please do suggest what I can do next. Thanks & Regards Girish
