Tooth and Mouth Problems

It's been 40 days since I accidentally cut gum end between tooth 46 and 47. Few days before I had tooth extraction (tooth 48 wisdom). It sometimes bleed after brush or if I poked with my 🤞 finger. It was paining before but the pain is dull now sometimes vanishes. There is no continuous bleeding as I approached multiple dentist ( 2 dentist and 1 ENT) they said there is no ulceration or any other abnormalities after 1 panoramic x-ray and 1 specific tooth xray done by the same doctors. My concern is when will it heal. Some say it will take months to fully heal. I am anxious. Please advice me some toothpaste for faster recovery. I am currently on medication ( vitamin c + b12 suppliments) . Please experts. Help me.

I have been getting mouth ulcers almost every week in some part of my mouth and it lasts for 5 to 6 days , and its been happening since 2 to 3 months or more , i have been using smyle mouth ulcer gel two times a day to heal it . I wanna know why is it happening so frequently to me , what are the causes and what's the permanent solution

It's been almost four days, I have these red patches on my inner cheeks. They look like a brown center surrounded by red. It's scared me a lot. May I know what this is? I've attached a picture, and I clearly know I don't  bite my cheeks.

I recently had scaling and Polishing. Before this, i already had RCT of my teeth long back. Now after scaling, on RCT side, I am having pain in between gum and cheek wall. Hello Doctor, I recently had scaling and tooth grinding done 3–4 days ago. Since then, I have noticed a painful irregular sore/cut-like area on the upper inner right cheek near the teeth rubbing area. Pain increases while eating, touching, or cheek movement. When touched, the area feels slightly irregular/thick like a small lump internally, though there is no obvious visible raised growth from outside. Could this still be a traumatic/friction ulcer after dental work, or does it look suspicious for oral cancer and require urgent examination? Kindly guide ..thanks I am scared ...
