First of all you asked for medication on priority basis so do one thing take Tab Paracetamol 650 mg and Tab Famotidine 40mg after meal..as you didn’t mention if you have any h/o GI trouble or not so just to stay on the safer side..Do not take any random NSAID/pain killer from a pharma store just for the sake of having it..

In case your pain subsides- good, if possible have your X-Ray done if you know what is your exact offending tooth if not better visit to a Nearby Dentist ASAP..
In case pain does not subside - visit a nearby dentist whoever is available ASAP

Hello, if pain need to look first the teeth, it may be possible for u to have some X ray done, I advice u to visit dentist near u. Do not take medicines yourself without consulting dentist

I understand. Since your tooth pain is severe enough that you are unable to eat, you should get a dental examination as soon as possible. Painkillers can give temporary relief, but the underlying cause—such as deep dental caries, nerve inflammation, infection or an abscess—may require treatment such as a filling, root canal treatment or drainage.
For an adult, if there is no history of stomach ulcer/bleeding, kidney disease, NSAID allergy, blood-thinner use, or other contraindication, ibuprofen 400 mg after food can be used for dental pain. If required, paracetamol (acetaminophen) 500 mg can be taken along with it. NSAIDs, with or without paracetamol, are recommended as first-line treatment for acute dental pain.
Do not start an antibiotic on your own. Antibiotics are not required for most toothaches and are generally reserved for dental infections with signs such as fever or systemic illness, along with appropriate dental treatment.
Until you are examined, take soft/lukewarm food, avoid very hot/cold and sweet foods, and do not place aspirin directly on the tooth or gum.

Hlo sir….the exact cause of pain can not be diagnosed from the message alone.
A dental examination, vitality testing and usually a radiograph is mandatory to rule out the causes for the pain.
Visit your nearby dentist and get the proper diagnosis done and go for treatment as suggested by the dentist.

*For pain relief take Ibuprofen (400mg) - 1-1-1 with food every 6-8 hrs as needed.

*Warm salt water rinses 3-4 times a day

U can take Ketorol Dt 1 (sos) for time being. *NOT TO BE TAKEN MORE.* U have to show the dentist which teeth is paining, to understand why is it paining in the first place. After that only the tooth can be treated.

We need proper history to prescribe suitable medicines always like do you have sensitivity to hot and cold , when you feel this pain while biting or even when youre not doing anything. Do you have swelling?
But still if you are unsble to do anything right now take Tab ketorol dt thrice for today after mealsand try to see dentist near you.
