Mild forward upper teeth i use trainer
I have mild forwardly placed upper front . I am 17+ years old . I want to know if I can use soft myobrace type blue trainer available online for rs 382 to correct it. Is it safe to use at night? I have attached my teeth photos.
Please advise if trainer will help or I need braces. Thank you.
