Hello. I understand your concern. As per your given history of symptoms and pictures attached.. i can see the wisdom tooth is eruption is causing the pain. And seeing your given age 25-30 is the exact time when 3rd molar tries to erupt and make space. Continue the medication ,as of now there is no need for extraction you need to keep an observation on the pattern of pain..mostly eruption pain occurs once in 3months and then resides when medications are taken. On this verge it might cause gum swelling in that area ( pericoronitis) and you can apply Rexidin MForte as prescribed by your Dentist on the affected gum area.
Next Steps
Complete the medication, need not worry. However the dizziness is not a symptom related to wisdom tooth pain you should consult a general physician for that.
Health Tips
Avoid Hot or Cold compression . Maintain oral hygiene. Brush that area properly , often toothbrush head are too big to reach till last molars , you can keep a paediatric brush it has small brush head and can easily clean the eruption molar.

Based on your symptoms and the X-rays you’ve shared, your lower left wisdom tooth appears to be erupting in an unfavorable position, which can cause inflammation of the surrounding gums (pericoronitis) and pain that may radiate to the jaw, ear, temple, and even cause headache. However, dizziness is usually not directly caused by a wisdom tooth and should be evaluated separately if it persists.
Next Steps
Continue using the medications and Rexidine-M gel exactly as prescribed by your dentist. Maintain good oral hygiene, rinse gently with warm saline water 3–4 times daily, and avoid chewing from the affected side.
Health Tips
Once the acute pain and inflammation have settled, it would be advisable to consult an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon for evaluation of wisdom tooth extraction, as it is likely to continue causing recurrent problems. If you develop significant facial swelling, difficulty opening your mouth, fever, difficulty swallowing, or worsening dizziness, seek dental care immediately.

Use Rexidine M gel as directed — usually applied gently to the painful gum area 2–3 times a day after meals. It helps with infection and inflammation. Take the tablet (likely an antibiotic like amoxicillin or a painkiller/anti-inflammatory) on schedule. Finish the full course if it's an antibiotic.
Next Steps
If there is no caries wait for sometime till above course of medication get completed..if having food accumulation issue, need to do deep scaling and root planning of particular area..also check if gum over wisdom tooth is swollen or not
Health Tips
Clean the area regularly. Can use glass of warm water mix with salt, rinse it ..do it 5days 2times a day..it ll help to reduce infection

It looks like a wisdom tooth issue and it is better to get it removed if it is causing so much pain or discomfort. Medicines and rexidine gel will give you temporary relief, however it is not a permament solution.

It's basically pericoronitis (inflammation of the gum tissues surrounding the partially erupted tooth). The above symptoms are usually seen in this condition..Yes I can understand your pain....but it can be resolved with proper treatment. Please go ahead with the doctor's prescribed medications..Other things to watch are swelling, unpleasant taste or difficulty chewing, fever. If any of these symptoms occur you can visit the nearest dentist and start antibiotics.
Next Steps
Rinse with  warm salt water 3 to 4 times a day.. Eat soft and easily chewable food items mainly in semi liquid form.
Health Tips
Never give a warm compress from outside on the cheek on  affected side . If symptoms  recur you may have to go for extraction. Hope for speedy recovery.
