Hello Sir. I understand your concern. And I’m glad you have stopped the habit of pan chewing. However the oral mucosa( inner cheeks) seems quite healthy however i can notice slight reddishness around upper teeth . This might be due to various reasons either sharp edges of teeth are getting often rubbed by cheek , or eating something very hot or spicy food . As of now it does not look like anything close to cancer. But clinical correlation is mandatory, as per your given history of habit.
Next Steps
Need not panic. Visit nearby Dentist get the oral cavity checked.
Health Tips
Avoid self medication.

Based on the history and photographs provided, it is not possible to make a definitive diagnosis online. The bump may be related to a local infection or a sharp tooth
Since it has become more prominent and painful, a clinical oral examination is recommended for proper evaluation.
Next Steps
It is good that you have stopped chewing pan masala. Please continue avoiding all tobacco and areca nut products. If the swelling persists, increases in size, discharges pus, bleeds, or is associated with difficulty in opening the mouth or swallowing, seek an in-person dental/oral medicine consultation at the earliest.
Health Tips
A detailed medical and habit history along with a clinical examination is required before any treatment or medication can be advised.

Hello, I understand your fear and it's good that you stopped pan masala. That's a very positive step.
From your description - pinkish bump with red dot, painful after balloon exercise, history of pan masala - there are a few possibilities:
1. Traumatic ulcer / Fibroma: Constant cheek bite or irritation can cause a bump. Balloon exercise puts pressure, so pain increased.
2. Salivary gland issue: Sometimes a blocked minor salivary gland looks like a bump with a small opening.
3. Pre-cancerous lesion: Pan masala use is a risk factor. Any long-standing bump in cheek needs checking.
Next Steps
. Stop the balloon exercise immediately. It’s irrit
