Baby food chart
My baby is 7 month old, he is following the below chart of diet, is this ok?
Morning 6am: 3/4th egg
8:00 am: apple or banana puree
10:30am : 2 spoon cerelac
12:30 pm: cooking 3 spoon of raw rice with 2 spoon of dal and one potatato and papaya mixed. Feeding after cooking
5:00 pm: 3 spoon suji with almonds badam and kismis
7:pm : 1 spoon ragi
9:00 pm : rice and fish
Wanted to know is this diet ok for my baby ?
He is active and gaining proper weight.
His weight is 7.6kg now and birth weight was 2.49kg

Weight is not reducing
Usually on reducing food and eating less carbs used to reduce the weight atleast 1 or 2 kgs. And weight used to be around 84kg. But now it has increased to 88kg and not reducing.
She have thyroid is taking 62.5 thyronorm and is in some family stress. Her iron levels are low and is
taking medicine. Do she need to test anything specific.

These are the values of my moms sugar test .. i have a query that all the values r borderline.. my mom has a healthy lifestyle, eats healthy, goes for yoga... stress yes little bit due to job as school teacher
Her values shud be on thr lower side of normal.. plz guide what is missing ???
