Healthy morning, For gall stone avoid high oxalate foods 1. Stay hydrated 2. Enjoy smaller frequent meals 3. Add probiotics in diet 4. Add in diet soluble (soft ) fiber : applesauce, bananas , skinless potatoes, carrots, blended soups , quick or rolled oats 5. Foods that can help firm bowel movements: chia seed pudding, white rice , smooth nuts and butter or rice puddings 6. Easy to digest protein are low in fat: eggs, chicken, turkey, tofu , lean fish , plain lactose free yogurt and protein powder 7.
