Hi Good afternoon, Have you tested for anemia, diabetes and thyroid disorders? If not please check once by doing blood tests. In general for weight gain (assuming there are no other health issues, based on the information provided) we aim to increase calories in a healthy way. You can try these things: 1. Include nuts like badam every morning. 2. Drink a glass of milkshake with regular fat milk. 3. Add 1 tsp ghee to your food everyday. 4. Eat cooked or boiled vegetables, not raw salads. 5. Drink 2.5-3 litres water. 6. Sleep for 7-8 hours
Next Steps
If you need a personalised nutrition plan for weight gain, please share your blood test reports and book a free initial consultation through my website - https://www.pragmaticnutritionist.com/ I’ll get an understanding of your current diet and lifestyle and recommend nutrition plans
