Regarding Weight loss and dental consult

I am 30 years old and working in a corporation, I have a sitting job so my weight is increasing day by day and collecting as a tummy fat even though I am not taking that much outside foods. Breakfast also I am taking, in lunch having chapati and dinner also having maximum by 9.30 and walking also I am doing after dinner, a sleep of 7 hours is also there, in morning I am doing exercises as well for 15 minutes, no sugar content I am taking apart from morning (milk) tea. Also, I am getting blood in my mouth while sleeping in the night. Sensodyne paste and tooth brush I am using still the issue is there. Please help me to get both the problems sorted.

Can we consume shilajit

I follow an Indian version of ketogenic diet with leafy vegetables, green vegetables, paneer egg chicken and fish in it. Regular spices, onion tomato are also added. I workout at least 3-4 times a week and i usually consume lemon with warm water after waking up in the morning and then have some dry fruits and protien shake after workout and then have black coffee. I have a meal at 11 and then I have my dinner by 6-7 pm. Is it safe to consume shilajit resin mixed with warm water in this schedule. If yes what is the correct time. Can I take it after consuming black coffee in the morning or before it? Or after my meal at 11? Will it have any side effects. I am planning to consume kapiva shilajit gold

Gym and lean body

Hey doctor , I have been going to the gym for the last 6 months and maintaining strict dieting not consuming any fast food and zero sugar. I am eating fruits and juicy sugar free and home made food chickpeas moong daal etc. In the first 2 months I lost 8 kg weight however in the last 4 months I was only able to lose 2 kg only . I was suggested to consume' L-carnitine' and also ' Testofuel Shilajit whey protein' to get better results with lean body and abs and cutting while continuing gym and my diet.
