High sensitivity CRP
I want to know what diet i follow to reduce inflammation. From past 3 month, i am only having green vegetables, fruits , good fat olive oil , protein like tofu , chicken , egg .Regularly completing 10k steps . Exercising daily for 35min . When I went for blood test , thyroid and insulin resistance is normal but CRP is 7.49 . Attaching screenshot. Does this require any medication?
