Hi Well balanced home based pure vegetarian diet is the best recommended always for any issue... Dietary guidance would be consume lots of greens, complex carbohydrates, millets, good amount of plant based high quality proteins, such as sprouts, lentils and legumes of all varieties, low fat (dairy) , all seasonal locally grown fruits and vegetables, buttermilk, coconut water , barley water, saboodana water etc.. Frequent small meals in limited portions, drinking more water around 8 to 10 glasses per day, Note: Avoid spicy, very sour, salty, tangy and rancid foods even though they are home prepared and have bland food until ESR and CRP subsides and please take doctors opinion for the above two conditions as soon as possible without much delay.... as they would be the better persons to help with relevant suitable medicines for you.. Thankyou
Next Steps
Please take physician opinion as soon as possible...
Health Tips
Consume lots of alkaline foods and probiotic and prebiotic foods... Completely avoid or reduce acidic foods in your diet...
