If you keep following same diet for long and your enery expenditure is not more than energy consumed then there comes a plateau. You need to expand more energy than consumption for fat loss. 2. Brown rice are high in fibre therefore it helps you in fulfilling your hunger in small portion only, which leads to fat loss

Hello No it's not true it depend on your physical activity,your calorie intake, your metabolism and much more thing.. 2. Brown rice not help to reduce weight it's just help to increase your fibre in diet .. it is depend on your portion size of taking brown rice and other food

Gud afternoon,weight loss is a process there are 5pillars of it to achieve it and they r namely 1.Diet should be healthy 2.Exercise for 30-45mins daily if possible early morning time 3.reduce stress if any kind by doing meditation or yoga for 20mins in evening 4.sleep for minimum 6-7hrs that should be sound sleep in night and 5 drink plenty of water around 3ltrs including other liquid food items.
