I am 23 years old I work in night shifts. My shift starts from 7.00pm and ends at 5.00am. I weigh 76kgs at the moment and my height is 164. I am planning to follow a proper routine of eating habits and follow a proper diet for weight loss. I am really confused when to eat at what time and I want to follow a timetable. I need help

early morning and breakfast before 5:30am
than sleep
directly lunch around 2pm
evening snack around 5pm
dinner around 8pm
late night around 11pm
milk around 2pm
