Need a good diet plan(IT eng shift 4 AM)
Hello Doctors,
I am looking for your advice to keep a good diet plan.
I joined a new job where I need to login at 4 am.
Previously I had issue due to gastric which caused pain in throat.
If anyone available now with upto 400 rs for single consultation, I am happy to book one.
