Hi By making right nutrition choices you can save yourself from various health problems that come up / develop over time.. first and  foremost Eat or have a big meat at the start of your work and a kinda of medium to moderate meal around midnight.. and then Before going to bed in the morning you can eat your regular meal such as breakfast in a small qquantity.. Say for Example ;  You can have a Cereal with milk and fruits if you wish to  or two rotis or phulkas with any dal and vegetables.. Or you can have a light Sandwich if you want to avoid more calories as they don't get burnt during sleep.. Add or consume liberal amounts of all seasonal fruits and vegetables and completely cut down on greasy foods that are high on fay and more oily kinda..sweets, soft drinks and caffeine related.. as too much of caffeine may cause anxiety and irritability in some subjects and it also interferes with iron and calcium absorption as well..
Health Tips
Two cups of tea or coffee can be taken and , Apart from nutrition try to manage your stress levels as much as you can since you are working night shift and get some exercises before you go to office  and try avoiding Smoking and Alcohol.. And sleep before you go to work on your next night shift.. 1)  Eating Early by including high biological value proteins, carbs, vegetables and fruits..and also Pack small meals like Salads, Sandwiches or fruits and increase Fluid intake as much as you can.. 2)  Avoid eating a large meal before going to bed anytime whether its morning time or night time and Small frequent meals with limited portion sizes and that are made of Whole grains, fruits and vegetables which provide energy that is sufficient .. 3) Eat small snacks that are nutritious , throughout your shift and choose foods that contain complex carbs like rice and dal, salads made of olive oil, flaxseed powder chutney.. 4)  Do a compulsory workout
