your bmi is 23 as per your height and weight as given, you do not need to loose weight , you just have to follow the proper healthy diet with some lifestyle modifications, try to have small and frequent meals with plenty of liquids.

Hi good evening 😊 For weight reduction we take the reference from BMI and BMR. Since your bmi is 23, it's under the desired range so you don't need to loose weight. Thyroid definitely slows down the BMR that's why it becomes a reason to gain Wt. My suggestion is you need a diet which is low in fat high in protein and moderate carbs. Since u need tonnig of the muscles and which wl help u in little weight reduction by loosing fat mass. If you need you can consult me. Intermittent fasting is better option for obese people, which u r not. Thanks

Intermittent fasting :- 1- Eating pattern between period of fasting and eating 2- 16/8 pattern- there will be an eating window of 8 hour, Eg:- skipping breakfast and restricting your daily eating period to 8hour (1:00pm- 8:00pm) 3- before and after eating window your body will be on Fasting mode or you can take only liquids (coconut water,lemon water,green tea, coffee *w/o sugar*) 4- workout in empty stomach if possible 5- stay hydrated drink water frequently
