Gud afternoon a healthy food plate contains all essential nutrients like carbs ,proteins,fats,fiber as well as vitamins n minerals containing foods for which u have to include cereals n cereal products, pulses n legumes,fruits,green vegs,leafy vegs,other vegs, animal food items like eggs,chicken, fish,mutton,dry fruits n seeds etc along with adequate water intake approx 3ltrs including other liquid food items.
