Hi actually recently i had lose around 5.5 kg weight in 2 months by avoiding fat foods, fast foods cheese butter late night meals etc bcoz of stomach upset indigestion acidity and now i want to maintain this weight with good nutrition. Can u please help me

Healthy evening Actually the food pyramid recommended, individually eats variety of foods, with majority being grains ( bread ,pasta,cereals, rice) eat at least five servings fruits and vegetables per day , eat only moderate amounts of dairy meat and meat products Limited processed, junk, fried foods that are fat or sugar. Physical activity plays a vital and essential role in maintaining weight loss.
