Gud morning sorry to say there is no pills or tablet we can recommend for weight loss, it has lots of negative impacts on body later on. Rather u should make up your mind to put some effort on lifestyle routine changes including diet, exercise, adequate sleep, stress reduction by doing yoga or meditation that can be done anytime of the day, adequate water intake.
Health Tips
lifestyle change is the only key to loose weight in a healthy way. night shift work is also not good for overall healthy body functioning rather it disturbs the whole body mechanism process. regards, Dt. trupti.
