Diat plan for Night shift
Hello, Need your expert suggestions for below. I work at night shift from 6:30PM to 4:00 AM. Due to improper lunch and dinner timing I'm facing a digestion problem and more chest pain. Sometimes pain continues for 2-3 weeks. Regards Vyankatesh
