No night shifts as the range you mentioned if fine.Diet has yo be well managed as sleep cycle changes si accordingly diet has to be planned.whdn you reach home after the night shift ots usually early mng hours and your body is too exhausted after all the work .So opt for a light b/f like egg,brown breadvtoast,oats before you take your sleep

Night shifts are not bad ,but follow ur diet asgar aspossible and take rest when time permits.u have to have adifferent  timetable during night shifts
