Hi, am 27 years old and currently 75,  i was weighing about 81 kgs before a month i have reduced eating no diet plans i used to check weight alternative days i can see improvement in weight loss but after reaching 74.8 kg i follow the same but unable to get below that, can someone please help me with this condition i want to be around 71 kgs please help me to fall weight.

Please share the diet chart of patient,who has done Mitral Valve Replacement surgery before 14years and taking warferin 3-4 mg ulternate day, Ecosprin- 75mg and Penidure LA12 every 21st day.
