Hello, Your overall nutritional status does have an impact on your skin health. It is not only vitamin C but, all the other nutrients & lifestyle that also play an important role in good skin health. The beauty of healthy skin is that you improve it from both inside and outside. Recommend you to connect through a personalized diet session as it will help in understanding your lifestyle & routine & guiding you ahead. Following changes can be implemented as a start - 1. Incorporate fresh fruits & vegetables in your diet as they are rich in antioxidants 2. Vitamin C rich fruits are orange, kiwi, guava, amla, lemons etc. Vegetables such as tomatoes & capsicum are also rich in vitamin C 3. Drink plenty of water 4. Ensure sound sleep of 7 hours 5. Exercise daily for 45 minutes 6. Avoid sugar, sweets and fried foods

Hi! Vitamin C is available in plenty of natural foods, you do not require a supplement. For healthy skin, please stay well hydrated, cut down on oily food, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables daily. Take lemon juice, amla, citrus fruits- you’ll get enough vitamin C for your daily needs. A topical cosmetic product that is water-based and enriched with vitamin C is better than taking an artificial vitamin supplement orally.
Next Steps
Stay hydrated, eat vitamin C rich foods. Consult on practo.com for further advice
Health Tips
Avoid taking any medication or supplement without expert advice or prescription
