Vitamin C: Amla vs Kiwi
Which is the best source of Vitamin C? Is it Amla? Some people recommend kiwi as it has a form of Vitamin C which is easily soluble and thus preferred to Amla. Pls suggest any research based views.

Hello user, As per researches, amla(Indian gooseberry) has highest content of vitamin C I.e. 600mg/100g, kiwi has 93mg/ 100g only. Amla has high vitamin c then other citrus fruits like oranges, Malta or mosambi. As well as amla is the safest vitamin C option for those people who are having acidity, skin, premature grying hair problems. Another rich source of vitamin C is Guvava, which is having 228mg/100g and as well as good for hormonal imbalance.
