You can take natural sources freely as if it’s consuming is little bit high as per daily consumption then don’t need to worry about as it removes through urine - being a water soluble vitamin. If you are taking supplement then once per day is fine if problem is not severe. There are rich sources like fruits and vegetables like oranges, lemons, amla (Indian gooseberry), guavas, strawberries, and bell peppers can help meet the daily vitamin C requirements naturally.
