Hello,
There are a number of factors that cause hair fall including certain medical conditions, medications, physical or emotional stress, inadequate intake of nutrients etc. It is possible to correct & prevent hair loss but it needs proper evaluation of the cause. Connect with us through a personalized session as it will allow us to discuss your lifestyle, routine, sleep pattern etc and help in understanding and analyzing the gap areas and guiding you accordingly.
As a start you can make the following changes -
1. Have balanced meals in terms of carbohydrates, proteins and fiber
2. Incorporate protein in every meal. Protein rich foods are milk, curd, paneer, dals, sprouts, pulses etc.
3. Include healthy fats in the form of nuts and seeds like almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds as they are rich in vitamin E and omega 3 fatty acids. Vitamin E improves hair growth.
4. Ensure sound sleep of 7 hours daily
5. Avoid stress and perform deep breathing exercises or meditation to destress
6. Exercise daily
7. Drink 2-3 liters of water to keep yourself well hydrated

Hi!
Hair loss doesn’t happen if you are vegetarian. A daily loss of upto 100 strands is considered normal.
Please make sure you are drinking 3 litres of water, sleep well, eat sprouts, raw vegetables and dry fruits daily. Avoid using too many products on your hair, wash 2-3 times per week and dry well.
A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet chart that works.
Consult a dermatologist if you feel it is beyond control.
