Too much hair fall shows nutritional deficiency. Have balanced diet with protein in all 3 meals of the day. Take milk and milk products like curd, paneer, butter milk. Take liberal amounts of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits and vegetables. Include seeds and soaked nuts in daily diet. Go out for walk after sunrise. Biotin and vitamin C are also essential. Apply hair oil and gently massage the scalp. Use mild shampoo. Take good sleep for at least 7-8 hours.
