Wanted to loose weight
Hi from past 3 years I have gained lot of weight from 60 kg to 77 kg. I am working women who works 9 hours everyday continues sitting position. I gained weight drastically and coz of that my mood get swings a lot, don't feel to wear anything as I feel I don't look good. I want my body back to normal kindly please help me out what to do.. That will be so helpful. Thank you

For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet,exercise and Walk early morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add planty of water. Avoid oily and fried food.

Hello First of all check out your eating habits how many calories you are having in a day. Add complex carb more in diet like - green vegetables,salad,fruit,soaked nuts. Add multigrain flour in your diet. You can have roasted lotus seed (7-10) as a snacks instead of namkeen n biscuit.

Hello.. You have to focus on what you are eating. From morning till dinner, eat more of vegetables, lentils, salads, fruits, low fat milk and water. Cut down carbohydrates, sugar, salty foods and fatty foods from your diet.

U eat plenty of vegetables fruits and greengram sprouts for breakfast.and timely foo.d Walk yoga exercise for an hour daily. Substitute millets for rice Drink enough water,buttermilk . Avoid too much spice ,oily foods,fast foods,bakeryfoods. Avoid nonveg,untimely food
