Wanted to loose weight
Hi from past 3 years I have gained lot of weight from 60 kg to 77 kg. I am working women who works 9 hours everyday continues sitting position. I gained weight drastically and coz of that my mood get swings a lot, don't feel to wear anything as I feel I don't look good. I want my body back to normal kindly please help me out what to do..
