Hi! Meal replacement shakes should not be taken as a permanent solution for weight loss, as the results will only be temporary and they have several side effects such as hair fall , weakness etc. Also, it’s not a practical way to lose weight. It’s more important to cut down on carbs , start regular exercise, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables and stick to just 3 meals a day. You don’t need a meal replacement shake, you can have natural zero calorie foods only as a meal replacement. AVOID small frequent meals and stop eating unnecessary snacks . A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan that works
